Consultation & Consent

All patients receive a full consultation before treatment, including a review of medical history, discussion of aesthetic goals, and explanation of options. Informed consent is required before any procedure. Treatments are available for patients 18+. Certain medical conditions may require medical clearance or exclude treatment.

 

Safety & Treatment Standards

​

Injectables are administered only by licensed, trained healthcare professionals. Sterile, single-use equipment is always used, and all procedures follow manufacturer and clinic protocols to ensure safe and effective results.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

​

Patient information is stored securely in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. Patient photos or testimonials are only used for marketing with written consent.

 

Pricing & Payments

​

Prices are clear and inclusive of consultation, treatment, and follow-up care. Payments can be made via card, cash, online, or approved payment plans (e.g., Afterpay). Refunds are not offered once treatment is administered, though corrective treatments may be provided if necessary.

 

Aftercare & Follow-Up

​

Patients receive written and verbal aftercare instructions. A follow-up appointment within two weeks is recommended to review results and provide touch-ups if required.

 

Feedback & Complaints

​

We welcome patient feedback. Complaints are addressed promptly and fairly, following Australian Consumer Law guidelines if needed.

 

Advertising & Promotions

​

All advertising is factual, evidence-based, and compliant with AHPRA guidelines. Discounts, promotions, and testimonials require written consent and are never misleading.

 

Staff Training & Professional Development

​

Our team continually updates their skills to deliver the highest standard of care. New practitioners work under supervision until fully competent.

 

Emergency Procedures

​

The clinic is fully equipped and staff are trained to manage medical emergencies, including allergic reactions or complications. Patients are referred to appropriate healthcare providers if needed.

 

Cancellations

​

Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance or the full deposit will be forfeited.
